Global Risk \& Compliance creates and maintains the overall risk management framework, performs independent risk management assessment, and monitor risks.

The Manager plays a critical role in supporting the GRC organization by contributing to overall business planning, team management and strategic development. The role will also entail significant relationship management with the organization’s Leadership Team and other key Blue Box stakeholders globally.

The Manager is an integral part of the GRC Executive Office and will report to the VP, Chief of Staff.

To accomplish these goals, the day\-to\-day responsibilities will include the following:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate, build, and contribute to impactful and engaging presentations and activities such as leadership presentations, strategic projects, town halls, and BUR presentations.
  • Support the management of day\-to\-day business priorities as well as long\-term strategic deliverables
  • Manage stakeholders/relationships both within GRC and across all lines of business to drive consistent execution of GRC long term priorities.
  • Assisting in the day\-to\-day management of business planning and operational processes for the GRC Executive Office, including talent management, headcount resource planning, reporting, etc.
  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, calls, and forums. Plan content and agendas and manage follow\-ups for meetings involving the GRC leadership team.
  • Find opportunities to improve processes and performance across the organization.
  • Provide strategic support on a range of complex issues and projects as the need arises
  • Demonstrates personal accountability and leads people with passion, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following proficiencies:

  • Highly motivated self\-starter with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, excellent organization skills and careful attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and with highly sensitive and confidential material
  • Proven flexibility when faced with changing priorities.
  • Capability to keep teams aligned and on target, while re\-evaluating importance and urgency relative to moving demands.
  • Proven track record to establish relationships, collaborate across functions and band levels, manage stakeholders, influence decisions and get results
  • Salary Range: $89,250\.00 to $150,250\.00 annually \+ bonus \+ benefits
