We’re looking for someone who can own client relationships end\-to\-end for our claims management platform.
This is not a “check\-in and follow\-up” role.
This is a high\-accountability position responsible for client success, retention, and expansion.
You’ll work directly with insurance carriers, TPAs, and claims organizations—helping them get real value from our platform while driving product feedback back into the business.
What You’ll Own
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for a portfolio of clients
- Drive client adoption and usage of our claims management system
- Lead regular client reviews (performance, roadmap, issues, opportunities)
- Identify and execute on upsell and expansion opportunities
- Partner with implementation, product, and support teams to solve client problems quickly
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable product feedback
- Ensure clients are operationally successful, not just “satisfied”
- Clients are engaged, responsive, and using the system effectively
- You can confidently run client calls without escalation
- You’ve identified at least 1–2 expansion opportunities per key account
- Product team is receiving clear, structured feedback from your clients
- You are viewed by clients as a trusted operator, not just a vendor contact
- 3–8\+ years in one of the following:
- Claims operations (carrier or TPA)
- Insurance systems (claims or policy admin)
- B2B SaaS customer success / account management (mid\-market or enterprise)
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
- Strong communication with both operational users and executives
- Ability to take ownership and drive outcomes without constant direction
- Experience with claims systems or insurtech platforms
- Background working with adjusters, claims managers, or insurance ops teams
- Exposure to software implementations or system rollouts
- Not a passive account manager role
