What You’ll Do:
* Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations for clients aged 18 and older.
* Collaborative Care: Work with clients to set achievable goals and create personalized treatment plans.
* Therapy Sessions: Provide therapy through various modalities for individuals, groups, and families.
* Assessments: Opportunity to provide psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments.
* Track Progress: Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
What You Bring:
* Education: Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
* Licensure: Current or anticipated Massachusetts license.

Job Requirements:
* Caseload: Schedule an average of 24 clients per week.
* Meetings: Attend weekly Zoom staff meetings on Wednesdays at 1pm to foster a cohesive and collegial environment.
* Evening Sessions: Offer at least two sessions each week at 5pm or later.
* In\-Person Appointments: Provide in\-person appointments in our office at least 3 days per week.
