We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented individual to join our National Accounts team as a Customer Support Admin Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of customer support while working closely with our experienced customer support professionals. We are committed to providing real work opportunities for intern candidates through hands\-on experience and a variety of projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team with NVI, cases and Rma’s.
- Work closely with customer support to learn workflows and systems.
- Assist with loaner and outstanding swap projects.
- Participate in ad\-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient with common business tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Gain valuable experience in the field of customer service and client communication.

Base Pay:
Expected Base Pay Range: $22\.00 to $25\.00 hourly based on degree level.
