Senior Manager, Virtual Sales

JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager, Virtual Sales will direct and oversee the Virtual Sales team. The Manager must ensure that the account executives in their departments meet all sale quotas, which are usually determined by sales executives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Motivate, train, and develop a high\-performing virtual sales team through clear expectations, accountability, and continuous coaching.
- Participate in the hiring and training of new virtual sales department employees, perform performance appraisals, and work to develop career goals for sales representatives.
- Establish and manage activity benchmarks that drive meaningful customer conversations, pipeline development, and conversion outcomes.
- Responsible for ensuring that the representatives they supervise have a consistent stream of sales leads to pursue and must relay leads to the sales reps on a regular basis.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Diagnose team and individual performance gaps and translate insights into clear, actionable plans that improve results.
- Coach representatives on both activity effectiveness and quality of customer interactions to improve engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop sales strategy for enhancing company’s growth.
- Inspire and foster a high\-performing sales culture.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Three or more years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- Three or more years of leadership experience.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate others through clear communication, collaboration, direct engagement, and leadership.
- Ability to multi\-task, and change direction in an ever\-changing environment
- Ability to build and sustain productive relationships with key business partners.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products; technologically proficient.
- Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6\-8 hours a day, while working at a computer station.
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using a keyboard, mouse, and other computer peripherals for data entry and communication purposes.
- Visual Acuity: Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods, with good visual acuity to read small print and accurately enter data.
- Hearing: Adequate hearing ability, with or without correction, to understand and respond to customer inquiries via telephone or other audio equipment.
- Repetitive Movements: Regular use of hands, wrists, and fingers to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and using a mouse.
