We are seeking a very outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your role as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is critical in creating an overall remarkable experience for our patients. You will greet patients coming into the office, make sure patients paperwork is complete and correct, schedule appointments, collect payments, and ensure patients follow their recommend treatment plan.

Performance Objectives

\- Greet and assist patients in a professional manner

\- Maintain an organized front desk area

\- Manage incoming calls, emails and inquiries, directing them to the correct department

\- Perform follow up calls

\- Payment processing

\- Schedule patients

\- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management

Capabilities/Key Competencies

\- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

\- Excellent multitasking and time\-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task

\- Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues

Education \& Experience

\- High School Diploma

\- 1\-2 years’ experience in customer service preferred

Position Hours

Monday 8:15am – 7:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Wednesday 8:15 – 7:00pm

Thursday 8:15 – 6:00pm

Friday 8:15 – 1:00pm

No Weekend Hours!

Pay: $16\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour
