Responsibilities
- Greet via remote clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document clarity.
- Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support office management activities by organizing supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative functions.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tasks.
- Prior experience handling phone systems, front desk responsibilities, or as a receptionist .
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively.
- Demonstrated attention to detail through proofreading, filing, and accurate record keeping.
