We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Back Office Staff member to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls using multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation of all records
- Support bookkeeping activities, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings for staff members
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette
- Perform general office management tasks such as photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (if applicable)
- Previous office or clerical experience, including data entry and filing
- Knowledge of front desk operations and multi\-line phone systems
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience with office management software is preferred
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
