We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer\-focused In Person Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will handle client inquiries, manage scheduling, and provide administrative support — all while maintaining excellent communication and customer service from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the virtual front\-line representative, greeting and assisting clients via phone, email, and chat
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond promptly to inquiries and route messages to the appropriate departments
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and consultations
- Maintain accurate records, update databases, and handle basic data entry tasks
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as email management, document organization, and reporting
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image in all interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time\-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common CRM or scheduling software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
