Residential Services Manager

- The Residential Service Manager oversees Independent Supported Living (ISL) homes and supervises Direct Support Professionals to ensure high\-quality, 24/7 residential services. This role balances leadership, compliance, and hands\-on support as needed.
- Supervise and oversee ISL homes serving individuals with disabilities
- Train, schedule, and support Direct Support Professionals
- Ensure 24/7 coverage and quality of care
- Provide direct support as needed, including transportation and assistance with daily living
- Participate in on\-call rotation for after\-hours support
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Minimum 2 years of direct support experience with individuals with disabilities
- Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)
- First Aid / CPR / AED
- Crisis Prevention
- Completion of Relias DSP Training Program
- Flexible schedule required due to 24/7/365 services
- Hybrid/work\-from\-home options available at director discretion
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Travel between Franklin County locations required (mileage reimbursed)
