Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Patient Care Only M/T and Thursday, with Admin Wednesday 12\-1\)
JOB DESCRIPTION OF: Patient Accounts Team Lead\-Insurance, Financial and Collections Specialist

DESCRIPTION
Co\-responsibility with teammates ensuring patients’ smooth transition into the practice, existing patients’ ongoing dental care, communication with patients during treatment, and communication with specialty offices as directed.
Co\-responsibility with teammates greeting patients, answering phones and managing real\-time administrative needs of the practice.
Facilitates all aspects of accurate treatment planning, insurance estimation and patient appointments with accurate record keeping in regards to patient financial accounts.
Manages all aspects of insurance as it relates to the office in regards to both the patient as well Nicole Pagonis DDS Inc's contracted relationship with dental insurance carriers.
Manages all aspects financially of ending work days, months and years.
Monitors and ensures office collection goals are reached.
You will be well supported in your efforts by both us and our remote Insurance Verification and Billing team thus minimizing time spent dealing with insurance companies.
