We are looking to expand our private wealth advisory team with a Client Service Coordinator specializing in managing client service workflows, delivering exceptional operational support, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and advisors.

Essential Job Functions Include:

  • Responding to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Preparing client meeting materials
  • Updating client records, preferences, and service activity within the CRM
  • Preparing and submitting routine client service forms
  • Assisting with account openings, systematic payouts, bank instructions, and simple funds transfers
  • Scheduling client and prospect meetings and maintaining calendar flow for advisors
  • Supporting clients with basic technology needs, including Microsoft Teams setup and troubleshooting
  • Answering incoming calls and emails and routing inquiries efficiently
  • Specific Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Preferred:

    · Prior experience in financial services and/or bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field

    · Strong communication skills with the ability to engage warmly and professionally with clients

    · High attention to detail and accuracy when handling forms, documentation, and data entry

    · Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work within established processes

    · Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms

    · Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting and supporting clients through simple tech challenges

    · Strong organizational skills, including the ability to maintain orderly records, trackers, and workflows

    · A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and support advisors and paraplanners effectively

    · Ability to work well both independently and within a collaborative team environment

    Starting compensation between $65,000 and $80,000 – commensurate with experience and qualifications.
