Salesforce Platform App Builder

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and enhance our digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on executing email communications and customer journeys to engage healthcare professionals effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring high standards of brand consistency and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage customer journeys in Journey Builder, configuring multi\-step communications and validating entry sources.
• Implement decision splits and basic branching logic to create personalized experiences for users.
• Create and maintain data extensions and segmented audience lists to optimize campaign performance.
• Build and monitor automations in Automation Studio to streamline campaign operations.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align campaign execution with business objectives.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation, with hands\-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor email edits and troubleshooting.
• Experience with A/B testing and reporting tools to drive optimization strategies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and customer engagement strategies.
