This position is full\-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8\-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am \- 6:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 4 weeks of on\-the\-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry and completion of itemized bills
- Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards at each line level
- Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy, which will impact the timely processing of the itemized bills
- Proactively identify solutions to improve process
- Solve moderately complex problems on own
- Work with team to solve complex problems
- Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1\+ year of data entry experience
- Ability to type quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Windows based applications with the ability to navigate and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to stay focused, organized, and consistently productive in a remote work environment, even when completing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work any eight\-hour shift between 07:00am \- 06:00pm CST. Shifts will be assigned during these hours.
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high\-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high\-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $16\.00 \- $25\.05 per hour based on full\-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
