The Role
We are seeking an energetic, detail\-oriented, and solution\-focused Executive Assistant to work directly with the owner and help keep the business running smoothly across a wide range of operational and administrative functions.
This is a highly dynamic role — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a creative, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support
- Wholesale invoicing and order processing
- CRM management (Pipedrive or similar)
- Expense tracking and organization
- Shopify upkeep and ecommerce support
- Customer service coordination
- Shipping coordination (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Promo package and VIP gifting coordination
- Event prep and logistics
- Local errands (pick\-ups/drop\-offs)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative
- Adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Resourceful and budget\-conscious
- A strong communicator (written, verbal, and visual)
- Excited about entrepreneurship, branding, and creative industries
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Experience with Shopify, Asana, and CRM platforms (preferred)
- Strong spreadsheet and organizational skills
- Ability to build systems and processes from scratch
- Must have a personal laptop
- Must have a reliable, insured vehicle for local errands
- Ability to occasionally lift/move boxes (up to 40–50 lbs)
