About the Role

We’re seeking a service\-focused Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll guide customers through their moving needs, provide estimates, and help turn inquiries into booked jobs—all while delivering a smooth, positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to all incoming leads via phone, text, email, and social media
  • Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Gather accurate customer information and complete detailed data entry
  • Generate estimates for moving, packing, storage, junk removal, and related services (training provided)
  • Schedule in\-home estimates and coordinate appointments as needed
  • Consistently follow up on leads to drive conversions and maximize booked jobs
  • Manage and maintain a high\-volume pipeline with strong attention to detail
  • Track, update, and document all customer interactions within the CRM system
  • Maintain organized and accurate customer records and job files
  • Manage scheduling and assist with dispatch calendar coordination
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across all platforms (phone, email, text, online inquiries)
  • Work across multiple systems including CRM, Google Suite, RingCentral, and Excel
  • Support daily administrative tasks including file creation and document management
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales processes and customer experience
  • Attend weekly meetings and contribute feedback, ideas, and performance insights
  • Take initiative to follow up on leads outside standard business hours when needed to maximize opportunities
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 3\+ years of sales experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self\-motivated, dependable, and goal\-driven
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Suite, and Excel
  • Independent thinker with strong follow\-through
  • Moving industry experience preferred

    Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (required)
  • Evening/weekend follow\-up encouraged
