### Summary:
Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative and project support to the executive leadership and marketing manager through a variety of assigned tasks and special projects with the goal of increasing the professionalism of the organization and leaders you represent.
### Duties and Responsibilities:
A typical day at this entry level role includes a mix of everyday duty, and ad\-hoc assignments. Speed, creativity, attention to detail, sound judgment, fortitude, and decision\-making will guide you to complete tasks including but not limited to the following:
- Plan, schedule and manage events for in\-person and virtual meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports as requested by senior management
- Maintain Contact and Data Information in an organized manner
- Generate and Compare Reports and Presentations
- Carry out administrative duties such as drafting documents, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- High School or Equivalent Required,
- Strong preference towards Bachelor’s Degree in business, organizational management, or other relevant fields

- Google Suite: 1 Year (preferred)
- Office Environment Experience: 2 years OR Executive Administrative Experience: 1 Year OR Retail Management: 1 year
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to lift 20\-50 lbs between office and storage facilities while navigating stairs
- High Proficiency in English Language
- Occasional Travel required \- approximately once a quarter
- Occasional Over\-Time
