We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! The position will assist with a dynamic law office and marketing company with a focus on growth and opportunity. This vital role offers the opportunity to work with Senior Manager on special projects, support daily office operations, enhance workflow efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to manage a variety of administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior manager with special projects involving marketing, business development and business growth.
  • Assist with appointment setting and scheduling.
  • Assist with general tasks that free up time for senior manager.
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and organize documents both digitally and physically
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring excellent service standards are maintained
  • Conduct proofreading of documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Support clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management
  • Proven office experience or administrative support background demonstrating organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively
  • Previous roles in customer service are advantageous
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
