Customer Service / Office Assistant – Bilingual (Fountain Valley)

Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6\-8 hours
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Vietnamese
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Reliable personal vehicle

- Ability to multitask and adapt to different duties each day
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- No prior experience needed – we are happy to train the right candidate!

- Front desk and back\-office support
- Assisting patients and providing excellent customer service
- Handling various administrative tasks and projects
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for efficient office operations.
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Utilize computer skills to handle correspondence and prepare documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with customer service inquiries, leveraging bilingual skills in Vietnamese and Spanish as needed.
