#### Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Office Assistant / Lead Setter to support daily office operations and help generate and manage customer leads. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable handling inbound/outbound calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.

#### Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and set appointments
  • Schedule and confirm in\-home estimates for the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM or tracking systems
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks (filing, emails, data entry)
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment flow
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

  • Previous experience in

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections
