DeLong’s Inc. is a steel bridge manufacturing company specializing in the fabrication and assembly of steel for transportation and infrastructure projects. We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to the Accounting Department. This role plays a key part in maintaining organization, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication within the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain organized electronic and physical record keeping
- Support the Accounting Department with administrative tasks
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives

- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Rising sophomore or junior in college
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
