The Medical Group of ChristianaCare is seeking a highly experienced, poised, and proactive*Executive Assistant
- to support executive\-level leadership within our Medical Group. This is a high\-visibility role requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism, as well as demonstrated experience supporting C‑suite or chief\-level executives in a complex, fast\-paced organization.
- Monday through Friday: 8am \- 4:30pm (2 days in office, 3 days remote or vice versa)
- No weekends or holidays
- Provide high\-level administrative support to executive and chief\-level Medical Group leaders
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, meetings, and priorities with precision and discretion
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, executive communications, and correspondence that reflect a high standard of professionalism
- Serve as a primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and confidentiality
- Demonstrate strong executive presence by welcoming visitors, coordinating travel, and representing leadership in a polished, professional manner
- Support operational and financial processes, including invoice processing, timekeeping, and budget tracking
- Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and leadership priorities as assigned
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and best practices
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of a program in secretarial science or related field preferred
- Four years clerical or secretarial experience required
- Expertise in international travel is preferred but not required.

Hourly Pay Range: $29\.22 \- $43\.83
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
