  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    ▪ Assists Manager in directing customer service activities to ensure the highest possible level of fast, efficient customer service.

    ▪ Assists Manager in training, evaluation, and development of the office staff.

    ▪ Assists manager to ensure effective cash handling and accuracy of transactions and deposits.

    ▪ Assists Manager to minimize costs and maximize profits by controlling labor, collecting returned items, and managing other variable costs such as supplies, utilities, etc.

    ▪ Assists Manager in maintaining inventory of store supplies and materials needed to conduct business.

    ▪ Handles all customer complaints, team member concerns, and emergency situations in the Managers absence.

    ▪ Qualifies loans and directs other account managers to ensure efficient service to all customers.

    ▪ Accurately accounts for all cash in the vault, distributes cash to cashiers.

    ▪ Oversees and participates in calling collection accounts.

    ▪ Oversees and participates in loans and covering the booths if needed.

    ▪ Verifies the daily Bank Deposit.

    ▪ Ensures Courtesy Calls are done for loans due the next business day.

    ▪ Opens and closes store for business when scheduled to do so.

    ▪ Make sure employees’ clock in, clock out for breaks, and clock out at the end of the shift.

    ▪ Complete write ups for policy violations and give them to the Manager.

    ▪ Give praise every time you witness a job well done and only reprimand when necessary.

    ▪ Completes assigned paperwork on time and accurately.

    ▪ Ensures that the location is clean and organized.

    ▪ Ensures opening and closing duties are done correctly

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ▪ Work effectively as part of the team.

    ▪ Use the Time Clock program Paychex to clock in and out.

    ▪ Perform other work\-related duties as assigned.

    ▪ Show respect to all parties that work for or come into contact with Cash Time.

    ▪ Take responsibility/ownership for the quality of the company.

    ▪ Lead by example.

    ▪ Ensuring ample coverage for the store and booth(s)

    ▪ Daily/nightly reports are being scanned/uploaded everyday

    ▪ Ensuring the accuracy of each report that is ran

    ▪ Making sure the business opens on time

    ▪ Making sure the designated signs are being posted and turned on/off

    ▪ Uses effective Communication

    ▪ Organization

    ▪ Delegation

    ▪ Team building and motivation

    ▪ Leadership

    Responsibilities:

  • Handle both incoming and outbound calls
  • Cash handling, debit card payment processing
  • Handle every aspect of a loan from start to finish. (In\-person or Online requests)
  • Collect loan prerequisites from applicants (proof of income, proof of residence, vehicle title, bank statements, etc.)
  • Interview customer in\-person or over the phone
  • Conduct a vehicle condition report
  • Collect and analysis income source
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Inform customer regarding loan decision
  • Data entry, finalize all loan document and loan disclosure to customer
  • Participating in marketing activities as needed
  • Perform light collection related transactions
  • Informing manager of escalated customer issues
  • Balancing cash drawer (if assigned) every shift
  • Follow company policies, guidelines
  • * Spanish Bilingual is a MUST

  • Office hours: Monday thru Fri 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. \| Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. \| Sunday \- CLOSED
  • Salary: Depending on experience
