We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to support our administrative operations across various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management tools, and excellent communication abilities. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high\-quality health care services.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone in both Khmer and English

● Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate patient flow

● Verify patient information, insurance details, and maintain accurate records

● Assist with patient intake, forms, and documentation

● Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and administrative staff

● Handle general office duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence

● Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations

● Provide translation support for Khmer\-speaking patients when needed

Qualifications:

● Fluency in Khmer and English

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is a plus

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, EMR systems)

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

● Experience working with diverse or underserved populations

● Familiarity with medical terminology

● Bilingual customer service experience

Pay: $21\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour
