Endeavor Health foundations seek a detail\-oriented and positive team member to prepare and analyze donor, prospect, and patient data and prepare email segments to drive the identification, qualification, cultivation and solicitation of donors and develop market strategies for the segmentation of donors and prospective donors across all giving levels. The supply of data driven analytics will facilitate strategic outreach and fundraising efforts to engage and retain donors across the foundations’ teams.
The candidate will work with other members of the Philanthropy Operations, Prospect Development \& Research, Communications and frontline fundraising teams, under the direction of the Philanthropy Database \& Reporting Director and in partnership with the Philanthropy Analytics \& Donor Services Director, to prepare and evaluate data insights to inform appeal segments, identify key trends in donor data, and drive analysis and reporting to inform cultivation and solicitation strategies. They will work collaboratively with foundations’ teams to build standard reports, actionable analytics dashboards, and complete custom reporting and analytics requests to achieve fundraising goals.Position Highlights:

- Implement, document, and monitor segmentation strategies, processes, and automation of classification and interests of donors and prospects to support donor acquisition, renewal, and upgrade activity.
- Pull queries and reports to build donor segmentation and analysis by developing predictive models, spearheading analysis, and advising on campaigns to drive donors through the giving pipeline.
- Utilize data analytics to advance segmentation, prospect identification, and donor retention/upgrades.
- Ensure data handing is completed with discretion and aligns with best practices, regulatory requirements, PCI standards, HIPAA and privacy laws.
- Develop new data models and data driven pipeline analysis to inform portfolio assignments and strategic segmentation, serving as the subject matter expert for predictive modeling and market strategy across Endeavor Health’s foundations.
- Provide data analysis to support prospect development and donor segmentation plans, working collaboratively with fellow Philanthropy Operations team and foundations’ teams, including frontline fundraisers, to inform strategic moves management through donor acquisition, renewal, and upgrade activity, including spearheading analysis and advising on campaigns to drive donors through the giving pipeline, from annual giving donor to mid\-level donor and beyond.
- Provide support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud email platform by developing data extensions, assisting with production of outreach for advanced system usage, and providing support for the Philanthropy Communications team utilizing the product.
- Develop strategies for and assist in executing annual and mid\-level giving A/B testing.
- Evaluate giving performance, trends, and opportunities within specific constituencies, segments, projects, and programs to make actionable and evidence\-based recommendations. Maintain a proactive data hygiene plan, with routine audits and updates to the system.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support the foundations’ teams in their work, following and developing best practices for efficiency, processing, and data visualization.
- Proactively maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures to document consistent data workflows to ensure reliable outputs; train teams with ongoing updates.
- Maintain and advise on scalable processes that ensure best practices in data integrity and cross\-functional team data management to achieve targeted donor journeys such as mid\-level giving, first time donors and messaging tracks.
- Identify and make recommendations on how the teams can improve data accuracy, streamlining, and analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, required
- Certification: Preferred certifications in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and/or Tableau including but not limited to 1 or more of the following \- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications, Salesforce Tableau Certifications

What you will do:
What you will need:
+ 3\-5\+ years’ experience working with data and using analytics tools like Tableau, SQL or SAS to develop reports, dashboards, and provide data analysis in a consumer or donor centric setting is required.
+ 3\-5\+ years’ experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRMs is required.
+ Proficiency with MS Office is strongly preferred, advanced Excel is a bonus.
+ The candidate must be tech\-savvy and be an avid learner with a keen interest in data, fundraising, nonprofit management, and donor relations.
+ Experience in market segmentation strategy, techniques, and practices including data augmentation, segregation, and market analysis.
+ Experience with data and/or statistical analytics tools, like Tableau, SQL or SAS is required.
+ Experience or exposure to data modeling tools and techniques is preferred, specifically the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
+ Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion.
+ Excels in project management: multi\-tasking, goal setting, accountability, attention to detail and workload prioritization.
+ Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to relate well to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
+ Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and proactively address challenges in a fast\-paced, emerging and changing environment with ongoing deadlines.
