    What You'll Do

  • As an Administrative Assistant, you are an organized, dependable, flexible, and proactive professional responsible for supporting multiple VPs in the Product organization. You will handle a wide range of internal, day\-to\-day administrative responsibilities, requiring strong coordination, prioritization, and communication skills. Using your multitasking capabilities, you will effectively help to manage the executives' time and schedules to ensure smooth day\-to\-day business operations for the broader team.

    This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Product Management.

    Responsibility

  • Perform day\-to\-day administrative tasks for multiple VPs in the Product organization, including calendar management, preparing meeting materials, and arranging domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate logistics and food orders for internal and external meetings, assisting with agendas and follow\-up items
  • Assist with submitting and tracking business and travel expenses
  • Build cross\-functional relationships to execute tasks efficiently and support the department's goals
  • Act as back\-up to other Administrative and Executive Assistants in the organization as needed
  • Perform other administrative\-related functions as assigned

    Employee divides their time between in\-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in\-office expectation)

    What You Bring

  • Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2\+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting leadership or multiple team members
  • Experience with standard business software (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
  • Preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience assisting multiple leaders in a SaaS company
  • Ability to manage priorities with different working styles
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job\-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

    California: $40\.14/hour \- $58\.13/hour

    Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $38\.03/hour \- $52\.19/hour

    This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre\-established sales goals. Non\-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
