Position Title: Licensed Telehealth Clinician (Part\-Time or Full\-Time)
Location: Remote (Must reside in the U.S. and be licensed in California)

Compensation: $57 \- $67 hourly (W\-2 employment with benefits)

Benefits (Full\-Time Only)
All employees start part\-time, but are eligible to move into full\-time positions.

- Maintain a minimum of 13 billable sessions per week
- Provide psychotherapy to children, teens, and/or adults via a secure telehealth platform
- Develop individualized treatment plans and safety plans when needed
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including collaborative note writing
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with office staff, colleagues, and clients
- Optional participation in bi\-weekly consultation group and peer support opportunities
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with state regulations and licensure board guidelines
- Uphold client confidentiality and privacy in a remote setting
- Establish and maintain a private, secure, and distraction\-free home office space
- Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
- Applicants must reside in California. and hold a valid California license
- New licensees are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn EHR systems and remote tools
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone for remote work
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client\-centered care
- Training in evidence\-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or IFS
- Previous experience delivering telehealth services
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
