Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and connected Recruiter located in the Philippines, with previous experience working in a US based BPO. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will manage recruiting of outsourced roles for all of our clients. This includes hiring for multiple roles at the same time. Typical roles include, but are not limited to:

● Accounts payable and receivable specialists,

● Customer experience and customer service representatives,

● Operations specialists,

● Sales operations specialists and business development representatives,

● IT admin associates, IT managers, and various engineering roles,

● Human resources associates, recruiters, and payroll specialists.

In this role, you will manage the recruiting process and candidate pipeline from end to end, for multiple open roles. You will be responsible for the recruiting efforts that support our clients including filling new staffing needs, and maintaining on\-going teams. You will sourcing candidates for roles, screen resumes, conduct pre\-screening calls, interview candidates, conduct skills assessments, progress candidates to hiring managers, and complete the hiring and onboarding process.

You will use your discretion as a trusted member of the team to determine the candidates that should move on the process. Your thoughtful oversight of all open roles will put you in the distinct position to see where candidates may be better suited for other open roles. You will be responsible for proactively reporting back on the ongoing hiring progress, including timelines to fill roles, to the COO, our internal account management team, and to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Recruiting Process

● Lead the end to end robust recruitment process and utilize a centralized ATS system to track, manage, engage with candidates, and report on the process.

● Proactively source high quality candidates using the most optimal channels and a multi\-source approach including job boards, social media, and local networks.

● Maintain an ongoing channel of engagement and prospective network for the company even when not actively sourcing candidates.

● Consider candidates against all open roles and determine if they may be better suited for other roles; keep strong but unselected candidates in mind for upcoming roles.

● Critically screen candidates per the recruiting requirements and job leveling documentation; make recommendations where candidates should not proceed.

● Execute skills assessments and conduct interviews, ensuring qualified and promising candidates advance.

● Partner with the EOR to conduct the offer and background check process for all candidates.

Communicate Internally

● Work closely with the Account Manager to plan recruiting activities for open roles, including managing client hiring timeline expectations.

● Consolidate internal feedback on candidates into the ATS for record keeping.

● Determine role specific interview processes, confirm internal interviewers and reaffirm the process so that all parties are aware and aligned.

● Coordinate with Account Manager to present top candidates to clients for final interviews; schedule interviews directly with the client as required.

● Ensure timely notification of new hires and hand\-off to HR Manager for initiation of employment and onboarding process.

Recruitment Reporting

● Ensure all recruiting records (e.g. Manatal, Google Sheets) are maintained and accurate at all times, adhering to applicant data protection and privacy requirements.

● Manage internal ATS ensuring accurate data to support informed analysis and decision making for candidates.

● Leverage key metrics and/or KPIs to demonstrate the effectiveness of the recruitment function and use for future recruitment process optimization.

Recruiting Process Optimization

● Participate in the development, implementation and administration of recruitment processes/tools.

● Identify improvements to recruitment processes to ensure all recruitment activities are delivered in accordance with the latest employment legislation, policy and market conditions.

Administrative Responsibilities

● Handle administrative and miscellaneous activities to support internal leadership with recruitment and human resources activities.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Relations, or a related field.

● 5 \- 7 years of experience recruiting in a high\-volume capacity and for a variety of job functions including accounting \& finance, operations, sales support, and PMO roles

● Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g. BambooHR, Lever, Zoho Recruit).

● Relevant experience in the BPO or consulting industry is required.

● Extensive knowledge/experience in all facets of recruiting including sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, conducting interviews and skills assessments, and onboarding.

● Direct experience reporting back to clients on recruitment progress is a plus.

● High level of professionalism and customer\-centricity.

● Thrives in a fast\-paced, remote environment, adaptable to constant change and comfortable with ambiguity.

● Highly adaptable demeanor and can adjust to changing priorities quickly.

● Ability to work US time zone hours for at least four hours of the day so as to overlap with the COO.

● Previous experience working US time zone and/or overnight is an asset.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month
