About the role
Kaimetrix is seeking a Mission Trainer, Team Lead to lead training and exercise (TREX) support for the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division. This role oversees the development and delivery of intelligence training curricula and instruction, enabling Army and joint intelligence personnel to effectively use DCD capabilities, platforms, and information‑sharing services.
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (primary); TDY to Fort Huachuca, AZ; JBLM, WA; and other sites as required
### What you’ll do
- Lead a team of mission trainers delivering DCD intelligence training programs
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training curricula aligned with TRADOC and Army standards
- Deliver the GEN 302 Foundry Course and other DCD training modules
- Coordinate Mobile Training Teams (MTTs), virtual training, and in‑residence instruction
- Engage with supported units to identify training needs, facilities, and scheduling requirements
- Develop lesson plans, practical exercises, and scenario‑based instruction
- Conduct After‑Action Reviews (AARs) and incorporate feedback into curriculum updates
- Maintain training records, attendance rosters, and ATRRS entries
- Brief Government stakeholders on training outcomes and identified capability gaps
- Senior Mission Trainer experience plus 5\+ years leading training teams
- Demonstrated experience developing training curricula IAW TRADOC and Army standards
- Experience instructing military and intelligence audiences
- Bachelor’s degree with 10\+ years intelligence experience (or equivalent per PWS)
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
- Experience delivering training across multiple geographic locations
- Familiarity with DCD platforms (AIDP, M3, ICI, cross‑domain services)
- Experience supporting intelligence exercises or pre‑deployment training
