Who We Are: Lock \& Rock Locker Rentals is a premier locker provider for the
entertainment, convention, and sports industries. We partner with event producers to
offer secure storage and device\-charging solutions that enhance the guest experience.
Each year, we support large\-scale events by providing numerous charging
locker rentals to attendees across the country. Our clients include Coachella,
Stagecoach, Ultra, Dreamville, When We Were Young, the BNP Paribas Open, Camp
Flog Gnaw, and ComplexCon.
Job Summary: The Locker Administration Manager is responsible for administrative
support on dozens of locker rental operations per year. Working closely with event
producers and our team, the administration manager facilitates effective operations from
the minute an event goes on sale through the conclusion of the event. The
administration manager supports the onsite teams and ensures that inventory logistics
are in place for efficient operations. The administration manager engages with
customers in order to solve any issues that arise in Lock and Rock’s operations.
Responsibilities:
1\. Event Administration Tasks
○ Project Management of individual events
■ Creating and organizing online folders for individual events that
house all pertinent operational details
■ Working with event producers to determine site placement and
sizing of operations
■ Event Advancing \- this includes credentials, catering, parking,
power, tenting, IT, radios, signage, etc.
○ Developing CAD’s for onsite footprints
○ Develop load\-in, setup, and load\-out schedules
○ Distribute codes to guests via mail merger and/or automations
○ Coordinate freight and transportation of locker assets to and from the
event site
○ Producing and delivering locker rentals on sale through Lock and Rock’s
ticketing platform
○ Work with vendors of sponsored graphic wraps on lockers
○ Work with finance manager to analyze and reconcile sales reports
○ Confirm accuracy of payroll summaries
2\. Administrative Tasks
○ Respond to customer service inquiries via company email(s)
○ Social Media Management
■ Post new events \+ misc content to social media platforms
■ Keep log/database of all event promoters locker social
media/website placement
■ Create social media marketing strategy using targeted ads
○ Optimize internal systems and workflows, including training manuals and
databases
○ Generate proposals for new customers
○ Order and receive new assets
○ Analyze sales data in the creation of sales reports
3\. Warehouse Tasks
○ Assist with staging, packing, and organizing of locker units and operational
equipment for upcoming events. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized
warehouse to ensure assets are easy to access and deploy.
○ Maintain accurate inventory counts of locker banks, locks, power
equipment, signage, and related assets. Track equipment movement
between warehouse, trucking, and event sites.
○ Support the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to allow
for efficient storage and event preparation. Ensure assets are stored
safely and arranged for quick retrieval.
○ Inspect locker units to ensure they are in good working condition. Identify
and address issues with locks, doors, charging components, and
structural integrity.
○ Assist in sourcing and purchasing supplies needed for locker operations.
This may include locks, charging equipment, signage materials, and
replacement parts.
○ Prepare locker assets for shipment to events by organizing load\-outs and
staging equipment. Coordinate with trucking providers to ensure timely
transport.
○ Coordinate with event leads on asset quantities, trucking timelines, and
operational needs. Ensure warehouse preparation aligns with event
schedules.
Required Qualifications:
● Strong leadership and operational management skills
● Experience in live event logistics and operations
● Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities
● High\-level problem solving and decision\-making skills
● Comfort with POS systems, Airtable, and operational tech
● Ability to work long hours in high\-pressure, complex environments
● Able to lift 40 \- 75 lbs
Working Conditions:
This role is expected to work three days a week at home and two days at Lock and
Rock’s warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. At home the role will require the use of one’s
personal computer and phone. The Employee shall perform all lifting, carrying, pushing,
pulling, or moving of materials, equipment, or objects weighing 40 pounds or more in a
safe manner and in accordance with generally accepted safe lifting practices, and all
applicable federal, state, and local occupational safety and health requirements,
including applicable OSHA standards and guidance.
For event operations, the Employee acknowledges that work may occur in dynamic
environments, including but not limited to temporary structures, uneven or outdoor
terrain, limited lighting, time\-sensitive load\-ins and load\-outs, and proximity to the public.
The Employee shall assess conditions prior to lifting or moving any object and shall take
reasonable steps to reduce the risk of injury.
The Employee shall use proper body mechanics and safe lifting techniques and shall
request assistance when an object cannot be safely lifted or moved by one person.
Team lifts or appropriate mechanical aids (such as dollies, carts, pallet jacks, or lifts)
shall be used when necessary to avoid excessive strain or injury, consistent with OSHA
guidance encouraging hazard reduction through assistance and engineering controls.
The Employee is responsible for following established safety procedures and for
promptly reporting unsafe conditions, equipment limitations, or tasks that cannot be
performed safely. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate
staffing, equipment, and training to support safe lifting practices in event environments.
The Employee understands that failure to follow safe lifting procedures may increase
the risk of injury. To the extent permitted by law, the Employee agrees to exercise
reasonable care for their own safety while performing lifting and moving tasks. Nothing

Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per year
