Job Description:
The Litigation Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys throughout the lifecycle of cases, from initial filing through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced legal environment while delivering high‑quality client service. This is a remote opportunity with preferred candidates being located in EST and CST time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation \& Case Support
- Assist with case management from initial filing through resolution
- Manage all aspects of state and federal electronic filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
- Assist with discovery requests, responses, and depositions by gathering, organizing, and maintaining materials
- Prepare trial exhibits and presentation materials
- Conduct basic legal research and assist with summarizing relevant case law and statutes
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, correspondence, and litigation documents
- Ensure efficient document management and retrieval processes
- Maintain accuracy and version control across all litigation materials
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Manage attorney calendars and schedules
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings
- Provide general administrative support as needed to support litigation teams
- 3\+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
- Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
- Strong technological aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high‑quality client service
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The Compensation range for this role is up to 38\.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
