This is a U.S. remote position. The Transcript Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating transcription, database management, and data organization to support oncology research initiatives. This role ensures accurate, organized, and timely handling of research interviews, transcripts, and related datasets, while leveraging AI\-assisted tools to improve workflow efficiency and support research insights.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the transcription of physician interviews and research discussions
  • Review transcripts for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to formatting standards
  • Maintain and organize databases and documentation for all research interviews and data collection
  • Assist with data entry, cleaning, and organization for research projects
  • Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries derived from interview data
  • Utilize AI\-assisted tools to streamline transcription and data analysis processes
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding transcript status and data requirements
  • Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously and manage timelines to meet deadlines
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation
  • Provide additional operational and research support as needed to ensure smooth department workflow

    Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, biology, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in data coordination, transcription management, research support, or data operations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to coordinate transcript generation and documentation workflows
  • Experience with database or data management tools preferred
  • Ability to work with large datasets and research documentation
  • Interest in working with oncology or healthcare\-related data
  • Ability to learn and adopt AI technologies for data organization and analysis
  • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • Computer Skills:
  • + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data tracking, presentation support, and transcript documentation

    + Basic understanding of statistics is a plus

    + Familiarity with AI\-assisted tools for transcription or data analysis preferred

    Conditions of Employment:

  • Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
  • Travel may be required based on business needs (domestically and internationally) and attend virtual programs outside of working hours as needed.

*The range for this role is $49,000 – $55,000k and based upon several factors including experience, education, skills, training, qualifications, location, and company need.*
