· experience working in the following industries could be a plus \- mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, and/or personal finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of inbound calls.
• Identify and escalate legitimate prospect calls while filtering out spam.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with agitated callers.
• Accurately log call details and follow up on legitimate inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling appointments and data entry.

*What we are offering you:*

· Highly Competitive Compensation – Monthly Commission

· Our Current Agents are Making Commissions of $10,000 month to $30,000 month and higher

Who You Are:

· Speak with a strong and clear phone voice (vocabulary and grammar included)

· Juggles multiple tasks at one time

· Exercises patience and compassion on the phone, regardless of caller demographic/identity

· General CRM software
