JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Melissa Campus Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative staff support duties for the Campus Pastor, Student Pastor, KIDS CO. Director, and key volunteer leaders, which require a range of skills and knowledge of ministry goals and organizational procedures. Given the launch\-phase context of the Melissa Campus, including a temporary meeting location requiring full weekly set\-up and tear\-down, this role requires a broad range of operational and administrative skills, a knowledge of ministry goals and organizational procedures, and a genuine passion for behind\-the\-scenes support. This is a part\-time, 25\-hours per week position.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain communication and organization of ministries, events, registrations, social media and website
- Provide support for pastors/directors/volunteers with organizational duties such as printing, reservations, meeting set\-up, and other requests
- Keep all information at the campus current
- Prepare spaces for weekday and weekend experiences with resources and supplies
- Prepare the manuscript and slides for occasions when the campus pastor preaches live
- Oversee outside events, funerals, and memorials
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings and events, room set\-up, food, etc.
- Prepare expense reimbursements, budget reports, invoice payments, and deposits for ministry areas in FENXT
- Edit and generate correspondence as needed
- Maintain calendars as needed or requested in Outlook
- Maintain accurate and current records in ROCK and other databases
- Reserve room and resources in ROCK
- Support HR director as needed (admin team, rotating phone duty, special projects, training, clear communication with front desk in times of absence)
- Attend required meetings
- Support coordination of weekly venue set\-up and tear\-down logistics for Sunday services, including supply checklists, equipment tracking, and resource management
- Support the development and maintenance of systems and checklists that ensure consistent and excellent Sunday experiences in a temporary, non\-permanent space
- Manage and track inventory, transport of supplies, signage, and materials used week to week
- Perform miscellaneous job\-related duties as assigned

- Experience: Minimum 2\+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency; college degree preferred
- There are no supervisory responsibilities with this role.
- Ability to speak effectively and understandably on the phone. The ability to effectively present information and respond to common inquiries regarding the Chase Oaks technical environment is also required. High attention to customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook calendaring, and email
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
