Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required
- Drive to gather data from different jobs
- Proficient in office administration with a strong understanding of office management practices
- Excellent computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional calendar management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment
