Duties

  • Handle data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoicesMaintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or executives
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email and supporting client needs
  • * Support office management activities including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role with a strong background in office management
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
  • Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day
  • Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management is beneficial
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
