Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, answer phones, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage a multi\-line phone system, routing calls and messages accurately.
- Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare correspondence, proofread documents, and handle mail distribution.
- Provide top\-notch customer service to internal teams and external clients.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense entry and tracking.
- Previous office or administrative experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy setting.
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
