We develop and operate a platform that integrates skincare content with booking. Users can browse trusted, editorial\-quality information about treatments and procedures, and book directly with carefully selected spas and clinics in New York — think of it as Zocdoc for skincare, paired with a content platform where users can actually learn about treatments before they book.

Unlike an agent or agency model, our spas and clinics each have their own pages, and users book with them directly. We're a lean, focused team opening up a new market, and we place particular importance on service quality, responsiveness, and building long\-term relationships with our partners.

Why We're Hiring

As booking volume has grown, we've decided to bring on someone to take over the partner booking coordination and onboarding support that our founders have been handling directly. This is a role where you'll support our early\-stage operations while experiencing the growth of the platform firsthand.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Client Success \& Booking Operations specialist to support our skincare spa and clinic partners in New York. The role has two core pillars:

\[Booking Operations] Partners (listed spas and clinics) need to reliably receive and act on every user booking without anything slipping through the cracks. You'll handle booking coordination and follow\-up. Since our admin tools are still being built out, the early phase will involve manual check\-ins a few times a day — but as automation catches up, the focus will shift more toward partner support.

\[Partner Onboarding] You'll support new partners — both online and in person — to get comfortable with the admin dashboard and maximize the bookings they receive.

This is primarily a remote role, though occasional in\-person visits within Manhattan may be required. It's a flexible, part\-time position where daytime responsiveness is key.

Responsibilities

  • Check for new reservations 3 times per day during business hours (adjustable based on volume) and promptly communicate booking details to the relevant partner
  • Follow up on unconfirmed bookings and contact partners by phone when necessary
  • Respond to client inquiries via email or chat — covering booking confirmations, changes, and basic questions about treatments
  • Onboard new partners through online and in\-person sessions, walking them through the admin dashboard and booking flow
  • Continuously advise and support partners on how to make the most of the dashboard to maximize their bookings
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving our workflows, templates, FAQs, and internal documentation
  • Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • 2–4 years of hands\-on experience in customer success, client services, onboarding, or operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Consistently fast response times during working hours
  • Ability to handle both partner relationships and day\-to\-day booking operations
  • Able to visit partners in person within Manhattan as needed
  • Comfortable adapting to the fast pace of an early\-stage startup
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience working at a skincare spa, beauty salon, wellness facility, or clinic
  • Experience with booking platforms or service\-side marketplaces
  • Knowledge of or genuine interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness
  • Polished, professional client\-facing communication skills
  • Compensation \& Details

    Pay: $35/hr

    Hours: Approximately 15–25 hrs/week (flexible based on booking volume and onboarding needs)

    Schedule: Flexible part\-time. Daytime availability is important; no late\-night or early\-morning coverage required

    Location: Remote\-first, with occasional in\-person partner visits in Manhattan

    Start date: Available immediately upon agreement
