The Madison Avenue Realty Brokerage team is an established, boutique real estate firm in Seattle focusing on the greater Puget Sound region. We provide high level customer care and are an energetic, diverse group who work collaboratively for the best outcome for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Assistant to support our team both in the office and out in the field.

Compensation:

$22\-$25 hourly\+bonuses

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Take day to day admin and logistics and interaction with team leaders and sales team, organize workflow and reducing inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities
  • Have initiative and work independently on projects moving work forward.
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports for the team and for clients including CMAs
  • Constant client interaction upholding all standards of the team and promoting the brand.
  • Participate in weekly team activities, and meetings, and collaborate on standards and practices.
  • Be a liaison between property owners, agents, contractors and vendors.
  • Hands\-on preparation and hosting of open house events.
  • Field support including home tours and listing assistance showings if needed

  • Graphic design experience \- Examples: Canva, Adobe, Photoshop
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high\-level accuracy with documents and communications
  • Qualifications:

    Required Skills:

  • 3\+ Years working as a Real Estate Agent, Property Management Assistant, Showing Assistant, or Listing Assistant.
  • The current Washington State Real Estate License or willingness to acquire it is required for fieldwork.
  • Ability to problem solve situations
  • Conscientious and pride in doing good work
  • Provide clients with an amazing experience that would potentially lead to referral business.
  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment, multitask, and re\-prioritize daily to\-do lists.
  • Position Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
  • Flexible work schedule including remote and on site.
  • Full or part time work options.

    Pay: $52,000\.00 \- $87,133\.12 per year
