We’re looking for a grounded, detail\-oriented person to support the operational side of the business so that the creative and field work can flow smoothly.
Role Overview
This is a part\-time position (10–15 hours/week) focused on keeping the business organized, responsive, and running efficiently. You will be the central support for scheduling, client communication, and internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for client consultations, maintenance visits, and installations
- Handle client communication (email, occasional phone) with warmth and clarity
- Create and send invoices, track payments (QuickBooks or similar)
- Organize project details, notes, and calendars
- Coordinate with nurseries and vendors as needed
- Support light administrative tasks and internal organization
- Highly organized and dependable
- Strong written communication skills (clear, calm, professional)
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Values nature, design, and environmentally conscious work
- Experience with small business operations, landscaping, or design is a plus
- $26–30/hour depending on experience
- Flexible schedule (some consistency preferred)
