We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who is as passionate about precision as they are about people. Reporting directly to our Office Manager, Alison Sickafoose, this role is the heartbeat of our financial flow and a vital part of our 70\+ employee team. What You’ll Do:

* Financial Stewardship: Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, ensuring our billing for world\-class equipment (Toyota, Snorkel, PowerBoss) is as elite as the machines themselves.

* Collaborative Excellence: Interface daily with our Parts, Service, and Sales managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

* Consultative Solutions \& Partnership: Serve as a proactive problem\-solver for overdue accounts, utilizing diplomacy and "The WTL Way" to find creative, mutually beneficial payment solutions that preserve our long\-term customer partnerships.

* The "Full Circle" of Success: Take ownership of the financial "finish line" by meticulously reconciling daily receipts and orchestrating bank deposits.

* Problem Solving: Use your natural curiosity to investigate discrepancies and refine our processes. We aren’t looking for a "data entry" clerk; we want a thinker.

* Professional Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for WTL in every financial interaction, embodying the integrity and service that have defined us for 80 years.

The Timeline \& Transition: We are looking to move quickly. Our current AR coordinator is transitioning to a different career path on April 30th, and we are committed to providing our new hire with a comprehensive, hands\-on training period to ensure your success. Because our leadership team will be traveling for a portion of April, we are prioritizing candidates who are ready to interview and eager to dive in immediately.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in AR, billing, or general accounting is preferred, but the
  • right mindset is our \#1 priority.

  • Proficiency in office software and an ability to learn our Microsoft Business Central accounting platform.
  • A high\-school diploma is required; further education in business or accounting is a plus.
