The Role
We are looking for a reliable and upbeat Medical Spa Assistant to help our clinic run smoothly. This is a "hybrid" role where you’ll be doing a bit of everything—from prepping treatment rooms for our nurses to chatting with clients about our latest SkinCeuticals products. If you are organized, professional, and have a passion for aesthetics, this is a great place to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping our Estheticians and Nurses prep rooms and equipment before treatments.
- Greeting clients and ensuring they have all their intake paperwork completed.
- Taking high\-quality "Before and After" photos for client records and social media.
- Assisting with inventory—making sure our backbar and retail shelves are always stocked.
- Deep cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms and medical tools between appointments.
- Answering basic questions about our services like Botox, Hydrafacials, and Laser treatments.
- Stepping in at the front desk when things get busy to help with scheduling or checkout.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience in a spa, salon, or medical office is preferred but not required if you have a great attitude.
* Professionalism: You show up on time, look professional, and speak clearly.
* Tech Skills: Comfortable using an iPad and basic scheduling software.
* Vibe: You are a "people person" who stays calm and helpful when the clinic gets busy.
* Knowledge: A basic understanding of skincare or aesthetic treatments is a huge plus!
