Summary
We are seeking a Marketing and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support our office and daily administrative type tasks and also handle marketing initiatives, helping to promote our services and engage with our clients and community. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness and supporting our growth efforts.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily office and other administration type tasks.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts, creating engaging content to connect with our audience.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Support the creation of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members on budgeting for marketing initiatives.
- Engage with past and current clients on projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Ability to manage and communicate with all customers and clients.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
