Qualifications
- Scheduling jobs for technicians (working with call center to dispatch jobs to service technicians)
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers needing to schedule service
- Work requires understanding of logistic to manage schedule
- Manage Owner's Schedule
- Accounts receivable (Taking Payments/ Including collections by phone)
- Purchase order management (spreadsheet)
- Inventory management and reconciliation
- Look for discrepant data including invoice reconciliation with purchase orders and shipments sent/received daily as well as reconciliation of returns received/sent
- Assist General Manager with tasks as needed

- Computer literacy skills required

The main aspect and job responsibility will be scheduling and handling the logistic of the scheduling, answering phone and email for client communication and handling the Owner's and General Manager's schedule.
Working Hours are 8 AM\- 5 PM Monday\-Friday ONLY
QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to teach the right person .
Must be willing to travel to Greenway Plaza area or live near by.
