  • Coordinates Awaken AACO events, including (4\) Pastor’s Prayer Lunches, (3\-4\) All County Nights of Prayer and Worship, (4\) Team Dinners, (2\-3\) Annual Pastor’s Retreats.

    Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Coordinate and support various projects by tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion through effective project management techniques.
  • Handle all aspects of office management, including filing, data entry,, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.
  • Provide executive administrative support such as proofreading documents, transcribing meetings, and preparing reports with attention to detail.
  • Organize and plan events, meetings, and conferences from logistics to execution, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
  • Oversee personal assistant duties as needed, including managing confidential information, running errands, or coordinating personal schedules.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an executive administrative or personal assistant role with strong office management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools like DocuSign.
  • Excellent typing speed combined with transcription and proofreading abilities to produce accurate documents swiftly.
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
