The Executive Assistant, People \& Culture will be responsible for providing primary support to the Global Head of People \& Culture Strategy \& Portfolio in addition to support to members of the P\&C Strategy \& Portfolio Leadership Team.
The incumbent provides outstanding administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth and efficient day\-to\-day flow of operations. This role requires a seasoned professional who works with a high degree of independence, discretion, and integrity in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities:
Calendar \& Time Management
- Proactively manages executive calendars in real\-time, resolves scheduling conflicts, and prioritizes meetings and urgent matters independently
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency
- Partners with other Executive Assistants and/or leaders to find optimal meeting times, collect agenda items and objectives, and manage overall calendar/time demands and workflows
- Plan and book comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements including (but not limited to): flights, trains, hotels, cars, international visas, and other reservations as needed
- Monitor and execute expense management, ensuring that receipts and charges are processed in a timely manner and per internal policies
- Plan and execute on\-site and off\-site meetings and events, including venue bookings and coordination (internal or external), A/V needs, and catering logistics; may be required to be on\-site for these meetings to provide on\-site executive support
- Plan and coordinate virtual events e.g., all\-hands meetings, webinars, etc.
- Prepare and compile information for presentations, reports, correspondence, and other ad hoc materials using MS Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Process purchase orders and carefully track invoices, payments, and ensure vendors are billing in a timely manner and according to our policies
- Manage document repositories including SharePoint and Teams sites
- Partner effectively with all levels of the organization (including senior stakeholders and their EAs) as well as external stakeholders
- Perform duties with an optimistic and “can\-do” attitude to help support the team, mission, and objectives
- Performs other duties as required in support of the leadership team and broader organizational needs.
- High School Diploma or GED and 6\+ years administrative experience

About you
Education / Skills:
* Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with expertise in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and corporate digital tools e.g., Concur, Coupa
* Emotional Intelligence: Ability to navigate office dynamics, build internal networks, and interact comfortably with individuals at all levels
* Judgment \& Confidentiality: High degree of discretion in handling sensitive information; exercises excellent judgment in complex or confidential situations
* Accountability \& Integrity: Works independently with a positive attitude, takes full ownership of actions and follow\-through.
