  • This job is a member of the Cabin and Regulatory Standards Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the department and the ODA (Organization Designation Authorization).
  • What you'll do

  • ------------------
  • Maintains WorkBrain Entries for all employees and updates FMLA information. This includes accurate timekeeping with variable shifts and overtime entries.
  • Creates, tracks, and maintains various files and distro lists
  • Plans and manages department meetings, and function for team members
  • Ensures department’s document filing is kept up to date and the filing system is maintained properly
  • Provides administrative support to Director, other managers in the department and the ODA Manages the ODA mailbox, reviews all incoming email, distribute and files accordingly
  • Oversee new hire onboarding by preparing materials, coordinating schedules and system access, and helping deliver a smooth, positive first\-day experienc
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Minimum Qualifications\- Education \& Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Preferred Qualifications\- Education \& Prior Job Experience

  • Working knowledge of WorkBrain
  • Previous American Airlines (AA) office administrative experience
  • Skills, Licenses \& Certifications

  • Knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Sabre and travel booking
  • Skills and ability to accurately coordinate, track, and report departmental appointments and functions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
