Address \& Co. Realty is a growing residential leasing agency in Atlanta. We help clients lease apartments, condos, and other residential properties with a focus on professionalism and elevated service.
We’re currently hiring a Talent Coordinator to support recruiting and candidate management as we expand our team.
What You’ll Do
- Review resumes
- Screen incoming candidates
- Send outreach and follow\-ups
- Schedule phone interviews and manage calendars
- Conduct initial phone interviews
- Evaluate candidate communication, professionalism, and fit
- Track candidates and maintain an organized pipeline
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail\-oriented
- Good judgment and ability to assess people quickly
- Able to work independently and move efficiently
- Prior recruiting, leasing, or admin experience is required
- High energy
- Perfect role for a professional or even a mature student that needs additional part time income
- Contract role
- Paid per hire and/or performance\-based (details discussed during interview)
