We are currently in a major growth phase and expanding our team of real estate agents. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people\-oriented professional to help drive our recruiting, onboarding, and agent success efforts.
Position Overview
The Operations \& Agent Growth Coordinator plays a critical role in helping us grow and retain a high\-performing team of real estate agents.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Recruiting coordination
- Onboarding support
- Agent engagement and retention
- Light operations management
- Follow up with agent prospects (calls, texts, CRM)
- Schedule recruiting appointments for leadership
- Track recruiting pipeline and ensure no missed opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate onboarding for new agents
- Ensure smooth setup (systems, communication, documentation)
- Guide agents through their first 7–14 days
- Maintain regular communication with agents
- Check in on activity, needs, and engagement
- Help coordinate meetings, trainings, and events
- Identify and flag potential issues early
- Oversee transaction flow with virtual team
- Ensure smooth communication between agents, marketing, and admin
- Keep daily operations organized and on track
- Bonuses activated after recruiting 3 or more agents per month
- Full\-Time Agents: $150 (signing) \+ $300 (90 days and first closing)
- Part\-Time Agents: $75 \+ $150
- Virtual Agents: $50 \+ $100
- $50 onboarding \+ $100 (90 days and first closing)
- Operations Manager

- Leadership roles within the organization
- Strong organizational and follow\-up skills
- Comfortable making calls and communicating daily
- Detail\-oriented and proactive
- Tech\-savvy (CRM experience a plus)
- Real estate or recruiting experience
- Sales support or inside sales experience
- Experience working with remote teams or VAs

* $3,000/month ($36,000/year)
Performance Bonuses (Total Compensation Target: $60,000–$100,000/year)
