Job Title Client Relations Administrator \- Prince George’s County, MD Focus

Job Purpose
Serves as main customer service point of contact for MD municipal clients primarily within Prince George’s County (PGC). Provide administrative support to additional MD based clients as required. Responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients and developing same with new clients. Proactively anticipate client needs and problems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance to Maryland PGC clients as needed.
- Provide in\-person support when requested for PGC, MD In\-Person Hearings
- Send monthly Municipality Summary Reports to PGC MD clients.
- Assist Maryland clerks with violation retrieval and in\-person payment processing.
- Assist with preparation of annual Maryland SHA and Governor’s Reports for PGC clients.
- Prepare and coordinate completion / internal distribution of all PGC Maryland New Client onboarding materials.
- Maintain Site Data and Municipal Personnel Processing spreadsheets.
- Support municipal collection agency requests for notice evidence packages for PGC clients.
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S) form a four\-year college or university with a minimum of 2 years related management experience and/or training.
- Microsoft Office experience

- Ability to create new reports using Excel
- Ability to effectively present information to clients both in written and verbal formats

- Remote work with heavy majority of duties performed at a computer terminal.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. 80% sitting and walking 10% light lifting up to 25 pounds, 10% kneeling and bending.
